He was born on April 15, 1993, in Kathmandu Nepal.  As of now, he is 27 years old along with 5 feet and 8 inches tall height. He studied in Jagat mandir school in Nepal after that, he completed his schooling education from Heanor Gate Science College at the amber valley district of Derbyshire, England. He went to Joseph Wright College and finished a bachelor’s degree. James Shrestha has one sister named “Anshriya Shrestha” and has 3 brothers named “Joseph, Johan and Roshan”. His father is a retired British army whereas his mother is a housewife. His family is the greatest source of inspiration to him. His brother Johan first appeared on his channel in April 2017. He has also made videos with his girlfriend.
