Early Life and Education
Nikita Poudel was born on December 31, 1982, in Kathmandu, She is the daughter of famous producer Uddhav Poudel and Sumitra Poudel. Her father Uddhav Poudel who owns the Gopi Krishna Movies private limited.
She completed her O Levels from the University of Cambridge from Mussoorie Internation School (India) November 1998 and A-Level from Cambridge International Examination from British Council, Kathmandu, Nepal, June 2000. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Media communication from WEBSTER UNIVERSITY THAILAND, Dec 2003.
Career
She has produced almost a dozen Nepali films. She became chairperson of Gopi-Krishna Movies Pvt. Ltd. Chabahil from 15 December 2017. Under her leadership and management, the company has produced films like Kusume Rumal 2, Parkhi Base, Sundar Mero Naam, Jeevan Mrithyu, Khushi, Flash Back, Preeti ko Phool, Maya Ko Barima, Homework, Parva, etc. She is also a lecturer in Mass Communication.
Marriage Life
Nikita Poudel first married with Abhaya Shah and has a lovely daughter named Abhanika Shah from her first husband. In 2019, Nikita Poudel Married Rabi Lamichhane. This is the second marriage for both of them. Rabi Lamichhane has two daughters from his first wife whereas Nikita has a daughter from her first husband.
