A supermodel and a rising star of Nepal who has held the title of Miss Nepal 2020, Namrata Shrestha. And she will be now representing Nepal at the ‘Miss World 2021’ beauty pageant to be held in China.

Early Life and Education

Namrata Shrestha was born in Kathmandu. As she was raised in Kathmandu, she completed her school level and bachelor in Kathmandu itself. She has taken Sociology as her major study and also has already taken her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She has been studying for a Master’s degree in Sociology. Apart from her education, she is a certified Kindergarten teacher. She aspires to be an impactful educator and sociologist in the future.
Since her childhood, she dreamt of being Miss Nepal and Miss World. Then following her dreams she participated in Miss Nepal in 2016 but she failed to earn any titles despite making it to the top 5. But she didn’t give up her dream. So, she participated in Miss Nepal in 2020 and now she is renowned as a Miss Nepal 2020.

Miss Nepal 2020

Namrata Shrestha, a teacher, was crowned Miss Nepal World 2020 in the grand finale of Miss Nepal 2020. Not giving up a single hope she bagged the ‘Miss Nepal World 2020‘ title by beating 19 other finalists at the 25th edition of the Miss Nepal beauty pageant organized by The Hidden Treasure in Kathmandu.
Along with the Miss Nepal World title, Namrata bagged two other subtitles, named ‘Brij Cement Miss Confident 2020’ and ‘The Kathmandu Post Miss Intellectual 2020’.
Shrestha has also appeared in a number of popular advertisements and brands like cold drink Coca Cola. She is a very talented girl with high hopes.

Project:- Constructing A Suspension Bridge

Miss Nepal Namrata Shrestha has initiated a procedure to assemble a suspension bridge in Nilkantha Municipality, Dhading. She intends to make the lifestyles of the human beings of Nilkantha Municipality simpler by way of constructing a 73-metre suspension bridge, stated Hidden Treasure. She is constructing the bridge beneath one of the essential titles, ‘Beauty with Purpose’, for this year’s Miss World Beauty Contest. Shrestha is representing Nepal in the splendour pageant. The bridge is anticipated to be performed earlier than December.

Project Completion

Miss Nepal 2020, Namrata Shrestha has finally completed her “Beauty with a Purpose” Project of building a Suspension Bridge in remote Dhading after more than 4 months of hard work. This will make lives easy for people living in Dhading.
